New site at work thats very close. Got this name tag or some kind of attaching brass decrotive thing few buttons. The rectangle item has letters on it but I need to try to clean it more and get my magnifying headset out later.

I think it's a type of sash buckle or it had a slot for organizing and labeling on file cabinet or drawer
