New Skin/Style Available - TreasureNet v4

We have been working on a new skin/style for the website. You can choose it from the Control Panel or the style selector at the bottom of the page.

The style is called "TreasureNet v4"

Would love to get feedback on it. It should be faster than the default style as it is more optimized, so it should offer a speed improvement.

Looks good and it does seem to respond faster!

Any fix for the issue when typing the curser jumps to another part of the page on it's own? I am on a PC with Chrome browser.

I haven't seen that issue?? I use Edge browser.

I'll give edge a try over the next few days and see if it still happens. It could be something with my PC and not a site issue.

I haven't been able to get it to do that either. Chrome on MacOS for me.

Seems decent. I’m not a fan of the orange links though. The text does seem easier to read in dark theme.

I know selecting link colors (unread and read) is difficult.

Suggest an alternate color and I'll take a look.

2 colors (in hexadecimal or HSL) would be great.... one for read and one for unread.

I've been using the new V4 and like it, much faster than 2.3.....BUT There's a couple of things that are driving me crazy with V4 that doesn't happen with 2.3.

On V4 when scrolling down through the forum sections on my laptop the entire forum "section" in a live link instead of just the text so if you click on any part of the forum section area it activates the the link, whereas in 2.3 only the text is a link to that forum, this is many times causing a forum section to open accidently as I'm scrolling.

Also if you're scrolling through the forum sections and your cursor is anywhere in the area of the different forums the "read" forums change to orange like it's unread making it difficult to tell if they are new or already read as you quickly scroll over them, for this to not happen I have to move my cursor entirely off the screen, in 2.3 this doesn't happen, the text just gets "underlined" as you scroll over it.

I'm not seeing this happen on my side, or I'm misunderstanding what you are describing. Perhaps a screen recording of it happening, even if it's made with a cell phone?

If the "intentional design" is not going to change then the other issue will be mute for me because I will have to change how I navigate the forum.

I understand the 50/50 part, so I'm good and will adjust.

The other part is not really a biggie, but no it's not marking anything read or unread, It just is different by the way it changes the color of the text as well as underlining the text as you scroll over the text instead of just underlining the text as you scroll over the text in the 2.3 version I grew used too, this only happens when I use the arrow keys to scroll while my cursor is stationary in the area of the text.

I can deal with all this, thanks for hearing me out though!
