***New sports arena to be developed in Fredericksburg, VA across from Carmax***

Hello fellow diggers-

I live in Alexandria, VA and primarily hunt western part of the state of Virginia. I heard on the new will commuting by train to my state job in Baltimore, MD, that they are going to be putting in a huge sports arena in Fredericksburg, VA directly across from the CarMax. I am 45 minutes North of Fredericksburg, VA and am willing to investigate. Anybody in my neck of the woods know about this and if it accessible?

That's sad b/c Fredericksburg was the site of a BIG battle of the CW; Yanks on one side of the river & Rebs on the other. Yanks had Fredericksburg, I think; check OTHER side where REBS were...
