Hey everyone I recently just got into the kgc symbols since I moved back to AR. Here are some pics of some rocks I took while doing some hikes. One is from a trail I did in PA the other is from a trail I just did in north AR. Like I said I am a newbie to all this so any help will be appreciated. They may be nothing but I will definably start paying more attention while in the woods.

hello azantar- first, welcome to treasurenet and happy new year. i'm fairly new to tnet too but just hang in there and you have a lot of reading ahead of you. you will enjoy all the posts and the commentary of the signs and symbols. the pictures that you will be seeing will do you a lot of good on your signs. some of the experienced ones will chime in later i'm sure so long for now=== tenclaw=== :read2: :coffee2:

Hi azantar..

Well you know the old saying..location location location.

In other words context. Both could be markers.... but very hard to tell for me because I have never seen ones like them. Perhaps the other stuff in the area can assist in determining if they are errata..or significant.

They both look like very good possibilities..especially the first one. The second, I've seen natural formations where a block o rock fell out of another but does not mean this one is natural.

Both could be natural too..not enough information for me to make a reasonable speculation.

It may be others have seen markers like these and have pmmed you. If not..well look around and take pics of area around them. The first one, look for ground rocks would be my guess.
