A horse head on top. A snake/reptile on the right side, top, too. Simultaneously, a face looking up. Multiple carvings down the front. Looks like stuff near me. Which state are you in? (Feel free to PM).

The jagged rocks on the right look like the tail of a (cough cough) dragon. Is the whole big monument also a serpent or dragon?
