New to detecting in Indy

Hello to all, I am totally new to metal detecting and have just bought my first detector. I have a Whites DFX and am looking for some people who are looking for a buddie to go hunting with. I live on the south side of Indianapolis and am available mostly on weekends to go. Like I said I am new to this and really don't have any places in mind to go but if you do lets go. I am just hoping to meet some people who enjoy this Hobbie and share some experiences.
