New to detecting - Southern York County, PA - Northern Baltimore County, MD

Hello,

Just bought my new Ace250, should arrive Wed or Thurs this week, very excited.

Any thoughts or advice about places to detect in my area. Want to be sure I get off on the wright foot and don't detect where I shouldn't. I cannot wait to get to the beach in a few weeks.

Welcome to the forum Myrtle. Not sure about your area but down south we hit schools and parks. The tot lots are a good spot. Enjoy your new ACE 250. It's a great machine. I would advise to dig everything at first. Learn what the detector is telling you. If you have any questions please post them here. Lots of help. Good luck and have fun!
