New to dowsing. Have a pic of new site with potential.

Hello. I'm new to dowsing. I just learned about it from my cousin and we have a new potential hunt site that we just gained some access to. We've heard some old stories about the property, one being that there was a blacksmith on the property during the Civil War and made horseshoes and such. Just wondering if anyone could help with some hot spots here. Thank you very much! HH
