I personally keep all star notes. I have had very little success making a profit off these although i have sold to several coin dealers. Many collectors use ebay to sell there bills but i just cant make sense of all the fees so i dont mess with it.
The special serial numbers are a hard sale. The only ones i hold onto are birthday notes, radar notes, and binary notes. Other then that its all about the star notes and error bills. Hope this helped
