New to the collection

I try to avoid buying bottles, as I'm running out of space as is. However, I found all of these for 3 or 4 bucks each at a local antique market. At that price, I couldn't pass.



I dig up plenty of S. Liebmann Sons bottles(along with a few Obermeyer and Liebmann's), but never their older blob model. With this addition, I think I have one of each type.



A super interesting J. D. Gorman bottle. I've never seen anything with this shape before. Anyone know the correct terminology?



A later Welz and Zerweck bottle. I've dug up a bunch of different models of W & Z bottles and would like to eventually have one of each color variant of all the different models. You can see my current collection below.







A George Bennett and a Hatfield & Bell squat blob beer bottle. The Hatfield has some bad cracking in the base, but I didn't have any squats, and for 3 dollars each, I couldn't pass on them.

I call the Gorman a "crutch", a cross between a crown top and hutch, I have several in my collection from David Boyle from Paterson N.J., they date from 1910-1918 and come in clear and aqua, 1910 & 11 are dated in the slugplate and others on the bottom starting in 1912 or 13. The 1910 clear variant only has Paterson N.J. embossed on it, the 1911 and others after that are all embossed Paterson, Ridgewood & Pompton Lakes, Boyle opened up depots in those towns in 1911 because his product was so popular. Last pic shows the 1911 Boyle hutch, it is the same exact body as the "crutch", but it has a hutch top...

John D. Gorman is in the 1910 Jersey City directory as president of the company, their JC address was 449 Pacific Ave, he lived in Asbury Park N.J. at the time. Columbian Water Company was the business name, there are no Gorman hutches documented, nice additions for your collection, congrats.
