New To The Hunt in NC

Found on my wife's family farm in Gates County NC.
Original house was built in 1830s
The head is solid cast iron found about 8" down in the front of the "new" house ( built in 1916)
I just got started detecting about 3 months ago and already have found a few silvers and a 1830's matron head, musket ball and early 1800s gilded button made in England. GOING BACK THIS WEEKEND !
Got 375 acres to hunt ...

What would you recommend for best frequency on a old farmstead with loamy soil ( no clay and not much rock ) ?

Your best frequency for coins, jewelry and relics is between 5KHz to 15KHz.
