I also found a nickel where it has Jefferson on both sides, figured it was a gag coin!
Not all 1968-S nickels were proofs. That also goes for 1968-1974 for pennies. A proof will have a mirror (or mirror-like) finish on itThe two sided nickel has a 1999 and a 1995 obverses together, its pretty cool. I also believe I found a proof 1968-S nickel but not sure. It it has a slight black look, but nothing like most proofs coins, but that might be because its older? But it has that finish that proof coins have.
