Dang colorful place you live. I had a hibiscus bush for 4 years maybe, then it quit blooming, so I got rid of it. I'll get another next year. They stay pretty healthy as long as you don't leave them out in the cold. It did great indoors in the winter, but then stopped blossoming. I cut it back by the information I saw online, so maybe it just wasn't getting any pollination.
