I know this is an older thread, but I live in Trenton... I'd be interested in getting together with some fellow Downriver people to do some detecting. I grew up in Wyandotte.

I'm in Trenton as well. Do you ever go to Elizabeth park?

I have... no real luck there myself. One mid-sixties quarter the last time I went, besides the normal clad coins and "canslaw". Lots of Hockey pucks by the ice rink areas, that I picked up for a Nephew that plays hockey though.... but as they say, "nothing is ever hunted out" , so you never know. Myself, I've been so tied up with other things... I haven't been out much in the past months.

One more thing you need to know about a Elizabeth Park... you'll need a permit to hunt there.
