Newbie looking for places to MD in Hampton Roads/Eastern NC area

Hello, I would greatly appreciate any/all advice regarding places to MD in the Hampton Roads/Eastern NC area. I recently bought a Teknetics Delta and have am anxious to get out to places where I have a chance to find more than foil and pulltabs.
