Newbie South Alabama using White's DFX 300

HI Ya'll! New to detecting and enjoying it. I use a nice White's DFX 300 and have access to several early 1900 home sites and some nice trash (treasure) dumps.

Currently working turpentine still site.

Any advice for the White's DFX 300 is welcomed.

Welcome for Middle, TN. Bought my DFX in late 2004. Just sold it about 3 weeks ago. Great machine. Go to the White's website and search for DFX instructional videos. There is a ton of info there. Also go to youtube and do the same. A lot of stuff to learn but it's a great machine. Good luck

Visit YouTube and go to White's Detector forums. There is also a book written by Jeff Foster..."Digging Deeper with the DFX" (I believe that's the title).
