Hard to say without more info and photos.
Where was the general location it was found.
Do a Hardness test, a streak test, and a specific gravity test and give us the results, how to do these tests can be found online.
Then maybe we can give you a better guess.
You could also take it somewhere they have a handheld spectrometer, i. e. jewelry store, pawnshop or maybe a metal recycler and see if they will test it for you.

Well it scratches glass and it's for what looks go be shards of glass in it
