I have been doing my due diligence trying to bag some gold or silver. Lots of park hunts with clad and trash.
These two pics are from this week and are pretty typical, but most times I don't bother to take a pic.
The Airpods charged up, but won't allow connection because they're secure-paired to somebody's phone. The freshwater pearls are real, but the metal is just bling. The dollar bill was waded up and just sitting between clumps of grass.
Yesterday I spent a couple hours in a park digging clad and trash, and stepping in dog crap, and decided to go drive around an older neighborhood looking for a place to dig. I spotted a curb strip that was just dirt and weeds, and separated from the house by a tall cinderblock wall, so I went to work.
After some random trash and a little clad I got a loud and steady 95 on the Legend. Out popped this beat up 1951 Benny!
It's had a rough life, but will be treated nicely from now on!
That makes 20 silvers so far in 2024.
