Hello DCMatt....thanks for the reply. I did see those charts but not sure if I'm reading made in 1904 or 1924? I do know the 13 means it was the thirteenth made out of 100 but figuring the OA date is still confusing to me from the charts.

I believe you are absolutely correct, thank you. I did learn that the matt glaze used on mine wasn't developed by Newcomb pottery chemist Paul Cox until 1910 so it has to be later than 1904 as well.
