Nice 1787 CT copper & 1860 Abe Lincoln campaign piece

Man did we hike our butts off today! Me & Todd Hiltz were gluttons for punishment.pretty hot day and soaked with sweat but one cellar hole coughed up a few keepers. A pretty nice 1787 Connecticut copper coin.a few buttons & a neat little conestoga bell.yesterday I dug a face from a 1860 Abe Lincoln campaign medal

That Abe Lincoln campaign piece is really special-I'm sure it had a photograph of him in it originally. Very nice copper & I like the button with the swirl pattern.
