Is the top part of Plum Island non-federal (and therefore safe to MD)? Is that pic showing that part of the island?

That would be the section that is not federal park

You can park by the light house by the mouth of the river in the parking lot.

Awesome. You headed out today? Anyone else? I'm getting prepped as we speak (so to speak).

Whether there (likely) or elsewhere, I'll be out on the beach today. With the rain, I should be pretty identifiable in a camo rain jacket and a Sovereign (w/ S-1 probe) all baggied up to protect them from rain.
