He is now a public figure, and regardless of what anyone says, you can do that.

It falls under the headings of "satire" and "humor" and is not illegal, although some here may somehow find it offensive and complain.

At least it isn't obscene or mean spirited  like some of the other public figures we have seen depicted here over the years.

It combines both our hobby and humor. Looks funny to me, but only time will tell if it passes the test of "public opinion" of some of the members.

Yes this was me Jeff I Know a little bit about marketing because I sell things in my store that you must have real authorized by person or you get in big trouble maybe even go to jail. Like Michael Jordan sweat shirt it must be real one authorized by Mr. Jordan or else ! The police they come into my store all the time and they ask, let me see who sold you this is it real I get everything on the up and up I tell them.

Don't know about censoring. I posted that it might be a problem to fake his image like this.
