Family responsibilities have kept me from visiting the local dump. Today the weather was PERFECT and I went over for a while with my 5 year old son. We relocated a toy gun handle we had found weeks earlier that he had promptly lost. Also found a metal trivet (for an iron?), a green glass rod 
, and a round decorative thing.
Found part of a pretty, blue bowl that my daughter had found smaller pieces of....I told her to add it to her hope chest
My son had the best find in a half pint milk bottle, "Hastings Jersey Dairy." I found a slightly chipped Jumbo PNB jar, "Try Jumbo Peanut Butter Sandwiches"
I found a tiny glass perfume bottle that I gave to my son.
My son summed it up nicely, "Mom, this is a neat place to be!"
