Well done fellow Mass hunter. That is a beautiful coin. It also is in pretty great condition given its age. Congratulations!!!

Good one Hogge. There have been some nice Fugios posted recently......yours included.

Kinda stumbled upon this spot looking for another cellar hole. My sister found this Fugio. Id'ed as a Newman 15-Y....Scarce. I found my 22nd Connecticut at the same site. Kinda beat up and won't be able to ID variety, but it is a Conn.
Awesome Fugio!! Congrats on the Connecticut too!!!!

What an amazing find and what an amazing state we live in! Congrats!!

I was looking for that myself. That's what took me about 1/2 hour to ID. If you look at "Mind Your Business", it seems to be the only obverse that matches sunken "u" and raised "R". All the other obverses do not match other details. A "clubbed Ray" Machin Newman 3-D comes close but not close enough. The coin is worn down at the die crack position. I'm 99% sure......But If you have another option please post.

Actually.....I kinda like the new format. Just have to get used to it I guess.

Wow ... what a killer find - congrats !

That Fugio is in excellent condition for coming out of the ground. Congrats to you and your sister on a couple of nice coin finds.
