Here is an 1812 coat button I found a while back. I was able to find two in the same camp along the river. Both the American and British troops occupied the area at different time.

That is one cool looking 1812 coat button and a Historical Save that any collector or Hunter would be proud to have in their collection. Great detail still on the button too. Congrat's on one or should I say 2 Super Saves.

Love the WAR OF 1812 finds, I myself have found Infantry buttons, would love to find some different one's like yours , amazing find, thanks for sharing!!
