I have been hunting a creek for some time now and have been finding alot of good size shark teeth and bone fragments and everyone that hunts there has always said that arrowheads and points have been found I just have never found one until today. Not finding many teeth, and around 3 feet down in all the rock out comes what I thought was another bone, right when I was getting ready to throw it up on the shore for the kids to find I saw the serrations, and realized that I wasnt a bone. But a beautiful point, I immediatly sent pictures to some of my buddies that collect points and they say that its a knife or blade of some kind just not sure what, most of these teeth are from around 20 million years ago so is the knife to?

By far one of the best days I have had there.

Re: Nice Knife or Blade from upteen years ago.

that's a nice blade you've got there, and those shark's teeth are huge!
congrats on a very successful expedition.
i'd say the knife is considerably younger than the teeth.

Awesome blade! Good things come to the ones that seek......

Fantastic blade!!

great finds..the more I see the old teeth and native artifacts, the more I appreciate them.. congrats

WoW! I love that blade! :o I understand that prehistoric shark teeth can bring some pretty good coin, the bigger the better! I guess the logic that "size does matter", can apply to a lot of things. :laughing9:

Sure is a nice blade. I like those teeth aswell. :icon_thumleft:

She's a beaut Matt :icon_thumright:

Nice point. Some of those shark teeth appear to be infant megalodon teeth. If so youll get some big bucks for them. Congrats on those finds.

Cool Beans, 20 million? thats deep, I'll go 2 to 3. The blade 4,000, but how is one to know? the shark teeth are worth some cash, but just to have them is good enough!! Congrats :headbang:

The teeth are Great Whites, Makos and the one on the far top right is a worn out Meg.

Scientists have estimated that humans branched off from their common ancestor with chimpanzees about 5–7 million years ago.
Don't think the knife is that old.
