Nice painting, but that signature!

Picked this painting up cheap at Goodwill...the museum for those with "the eye". Heavy brush and paint use gnat I had to purchase...very inexpensively. But I cannot read the darn signature...Ann Tuler? Arn Tulsr? I'm hoping you eagle eye guys can read it. I can see how cursive "deciphering" will be an acquired skill in demand in a couple decades!

Another hard signature! But this pencil and watercolor piece is so awesome, I was buying it anyway! This artist is simply beyond talented. I think the name is No Eiy... or Nu Eiy... I'm sure the pics don't do it justice. It also has a date of 2004.
