Nice Weekend leads to some nice finds

Well we were blessed with temps in the mid 80's this weekend, and we were going to make the best of it. We detected few hours yesterday morning without finding much and went back out yesterday evening and detected couple more spots. A rarity for us is evening detecting in the summer. Today we got to spend most of today out detecting.
Between the two days we each found a piece of gold and I found some silver also. Bobbie as always out found me 2:1 in clad. Bobbie found the 14k/pearl earring at a park this morning. I found part of a gold/diamond bracelet. which I was glad to find as It has been a target find for me so guess Im halfway there . I found the silver cross at a spot where the only find either of us made was the cross. The silver ring was at last spot we detected. Bobbie wanted to go hunt the back area. I wasnt thrilled by the idea but Im glad she persisted as I found the silver ring laying right ontop of the gound.
Im glad Bobbie found some gold this weekend, as this will be her last weekend detecting for 3 weeks as she is going to see her folks for a couple of weeks.

yea nana all alone with a new project for the house. this year it is our bedroom going to build a closet and paint our bedroom while she is gone. cant wait for fun to start. lol. Oh yea and we will still play by the rules what is on her side is hers

Wow, all of those finds are beautiful. I think that earring should be called a bird-in-the-cage, very appealing to the eye.
