We had some good weather over this last weekend. Saturday was in the mid 70s and Sunday hit a high of 80. We saw a Blue Huron fishing the edge of a lake and this same turtle likes to sit in the sun on this concrete pipe in the lake. Both days me and the mut's got out for a couple of nice leisurely walks. These dogs always need to test the waters we come by. When Bella gets in the water she comes out with chicken legs. I also go by this little creek and noticed these high winds we got maybe 2 weeks ago blew over this cottonwood tree and maybe exposed an old foundation to a house or something? I see a couple of natural Lyons sandstone bricks in the mix, which I might haul home to put around the flower garden. ?

Looks like a beautiful bit of weather you're having. What kind of blooms are those? Pear?

I'm not sure what those are? They're a bush that grows along the creeks around here. The flowers have kind of a strong sweet smell to them.

Bella is so cute! Even with her "chicken legs." Don't let her hear you say that. Dogs are good at pouting. :laughing9:

We have bricks all over this farm. After the flash flooding we had this year, I understand how they're through out the creeks. But they are all over the land, too. I'm wondering if maybe a tornado passed through here at some time and scattered them. ???

Great photos.
