Nickels and a Mouth Harp

I got back to an old house site in a pasture on our place today. Got a buffalo nickel (1918), a shield nickel (1867 with rays), and a mouth harp (reed missing). Any advice on cleaning nickels would be appreciated. Detector was an F75 LTD.
