No error Great Smokey Mountains, Right?

So I have a Great Smokey Mountains quarter that was pretty hard for me to see due to all the die scratches for lack of a better word. I know there is a word, just can't think of it now. I looked on line and NO error coin Anyway I don't think or can't find another GSM quarter and was just wandering if this is normal?
I don't see it on other coins online but they are not all under microscope.
The eagles wing and tail feathers are they not double die? What about those inverted letters? Strange, for something that's inverted it looks like it would be on top of the coin. Maybe just me, too late for coffee.

MD and die deterioration from a worn die.

There also appears to be long die flow lines oriented from the rim, to the center. A sign of an older die.
