No idea on the value but very nice double clip!

Nice find

Very nice. Jealous! I haven't found one yet. Check ebay for current pricing.

While it appears, at first glance, a double clipped planchette, I always look at such coins very carefully for post mint damage. I have found far more clipped planchettes than PMD cut coins, but I have found a few.

I,too was a bit skeptical so I did a bit of research.

#1 telltale sign is this Blakesly Effect. Basically on opposite side of the clip, one should see some weakness on the rim. In my coin, I could see some weakness clearly opposite from each clip.

$25, with 2 clips :dontknow::dontknow: . Blakesley is clearly evident. GREAT FIND :icon_thumleft::icon_thumright:
a cool error coin find nevertheless.

A double clipped coin...
Any clue on approx. worth?

Nice
I found a dbl clip nickel once. Yer half is way cooler. Sweet find!

Definitely a double clip! Nice find!

I have looked at more than 140,000 halves and haven't got one yet. Nice find!

Awesome find, man! Still waiting on a single clip, let alone a double.

Very cool!!! I would love to find one of those, thanks for sharing.

Awesome find. In my opinion errors like that beat common silver any day.
