Interesting report, but nothing new revealed. As for keeping us in the dark, geez - they'd rather we didn't know.....

The science of archeology is like a mafia - like the Egyptologists forbidding excavation at the feet of the Sphinx, when GPR shows there's an underground chamber present. The science is corrupt - we the people don't need to know this stuff, we might be uncontrollable.

Probably we're being kept in the dark because it is a natural formation. This site was discovered in 1959 and every 10 years since then it is on the front page of supermarket tabloids. Hardy "in the dark". Though, the Dark Ages was when mankind turned it's back on science and that seems to be ongoing with some.

The "rivet" found in a bore hole is an ammonite fossil with pyrite ("8.38% iron, 8.35% aluminum and 14.59% titanium."

That leaves 81.68% of what? I bet it was calcite. It's a 200 million to 120 million year old fossil.
