Non Charter Member Adds

So just to get this straight. If i author a book and sell it on line. I can purchase A charter member ship for one year ($20) and post my add or my books . I then do NOT RENEW my charter membership my ADDS will stay for EVER !!! This does not seem fair to Treasurenet !! Just my own opinion though. Do the rest of the members here think it's fair ?

I sort of think you have renew the charter membership to continue ads, but I could be wrong.

Everything on the Buy sell trade forum seems to stay up. It appears the moderators have no interest in allowing people to delete their ads, but it does help when it comes to pricing stuff for sale. Mainly it is really annoying to have to look through all kinds of ads where the person may have marked them inside as sold, but they still look like they are for sale.
Mods should have some sort of rule for this stuff. My theory is that it makes their site look like it is always real busy, so they leave it up.

They can be marked sold, yes the ads etc are meant to stay up, it is a record we save, it shows what something sold for 6 months ago also if there is a dispute on what was on ad.

It has nothing to do with making site look busy, there are running stats at bottom and side of main page that shows the traffic.
