Norristown Farm Park giving up, but getting back
The parcels include Tract 3C, a 24,515-square-foot parcel (0.563 acres), that includes an old, boarded up white house and an outbuilding on the corner of the intersection.
The widening of Germantown Pike, from Whitehall Road to North Wales Road, will expand Germantown Pike to five lanes. The traffic improvements will include two eastbound and two westbound lanes with a center-turning lane.
