Northern Arizona stones

I found these stones near a river bed in Northern Arizona. Are they anything special? Not trying to sell, just curious!

Yes, it doesn't seem like that knob on the big one was broken off as it seems edged/filed like the rest of it.

I'd say they're only rocks.
