Questionable Scraper... what think?

I found this on a 1 square mile site along with some other points that I have posted in other threads. I think it's a perfect example of a questionable artifact. This rock type is not found on this site naturally. I almost tossed it back on the ground, but i now think it is an artifact. Any opinions?

I don't see any signs of it having been worked.
It just looks like a rock to me.

Probably a big waste flake sometimes they used them for scrapers sometimes not

It doesn't look like knapping evidence is present.
