Got a box of halfs, dimes, and nickels today and only found one war nickel but still found a few good coins. Been on a three - four week skunk streak with halves that continued this week but still at least found a 1971 S proof and my first 1987D which I needed for my book.
In the nickels I found a 1945P, a 1998S Proof in mint condition, and a 1951S that I needed for my book. I'm down to only 6 nickels for my Whitman 1938-61 book, 38S & 39D&S, 42S, 50&D. I also found a 1940 Canadian nickel in nice shape.
