I can't read Kanji but here is a nice comparable bowl

Most likely Chinese.

From the bottom of the bowl.
I would take tracing paper and copy each Kanji character separatly
take a picture of each one and use google image search or google
translate (they have the best chinese translator AI).

Try this I added the WWW

If you get the link to work , the photos on the website zoom.

Notice the Ink bleed , like when you use a sharpie on a porous
surface. Looks kinda new very dark saturation.
