Not quite an ender

I picked up my weekly 3 boxes of halves and when I opened the first box this is what I see. I guess it's a crh tax. The roll was short $3.50.

I've been finding rolls in boxes 3 short, usually 1 or 2 per box. They're in the same boxes I'm finding silver in, so I'm not complaining yet...

And all three boxes were skunks. I'm not going to complain but I will show the teller that orders for me the pic of the short roll.
