Not-so-new from Louisiana

Good morning!
About ten years ago I posted here regularly, but then got bit by the fly-fishing bug and, well, that is an all-consuming hobby, too! Recently got the notion and retrieved my Spectrum XLT from a buddy I had lent it to and have been enjoying the hobby again.
I'm in south central La. near the mouth of the Atchafalaya River.
