i found this is midwestern missouri about 5 years ago it seems to have a white something inside of it but i cant really say for sure any help is appreciated thanks in advance for your time.

Appears to be a rather translucent bit of chalcedony. The coloration and inclusion, the dark spot, is likely an iron mineral as indicated by the reddish coloration.
