Is anyone else too lazy to click on the notifications on the top right corner? I normally just ignore the whole thing unless it is for a PM, which I get a pop-up for. Right now I just noticed that I have 1,700 notifications, and don't even remember the last time I checked them. Does anyone else have a huge number of notifications on the top right that they have been too lazy to check? I check settings every time I log on though to see which subscribe threads have new posts.

No, I look every time I log on. I probably haven't had 1700 the whole time on this site, combined! I did disable the link to Email, for every time someone posts,pm's, etc.....At one point that was all that was in my Email, since I really don't know how to subscribe or unsubscribe from threads, it never really mattered to me. I did manage to stop that.

I always check mine. Any time someone give you a like it will notify you. I like to see who are reading my post and like my comments. I'm sure there is a way to cut it off if you are not interested.

I am going to open them finally lol. I just want to see how far back they go!

I opened them! It looks so much less cluttered up there now, I will make it a habit to check them every time I log on so they don't accumulate. It appears that they go back to March 2017 or so, when I got more active again on the Forum after being less active over winter 2016. No friend requests or PMs, normally I see a pop-up whenever I get them and open them right away.

Actually I use it to say I looked/replied to a post and rely on it some what in seeing if there was a response/reply to what I'd commented on from other members.
