From the land of the Bluenose.....the quick way to do this is boil about a half dozen potatoes, drain and fry some onions seperately and add to your taste to the unmashed potatoes. Then get a large can of chicken haddock and mix in and mash to your hearts content. Can substitute the haddie with salt cod. Once mashed form into small balls and flatten coating each with a fine layer of flour. Fry in a pan with a good oil (not much) and fry to browned to your taste on each side. Side order of fried salt pork goes well with it. Bon apetite!
