First pic, around 1890 is the Gamecock Mine operated by Rustlers Mining Company. Next two are a wide angle view of the same site and a close in of the adit. Two hundred and twenty five yards from my front door

Up until the time the economy crashed my work kept me moving all over the U.S. so I never had time, nor the inclination. I'm actually more of a history buff. I now have health issues that prevent me from getting out a lot, but El Dorado and I are going to try a bit Monday and see where we go from there.
