Obsidian pieces.

[Out Of Time]

Found a couple of cool things I wanted to share.

Two ends of a spectrum, in a sense.

Surface finds from Napa, CA.

Nice small (1/2") worked flake with sharpened edge and bulb removed on reverse.





Also, a very nice point with asymmetric form. This piece is beautifully made and undamaged.

The serrations are vicious and still perfectly sharp.

It shows signs of grinding.
