Started hunting again the last day or two of Sept when I was finally put on a laid back project that has me traveling to four differnt towns each week, and at least one new State a week. I usually hunt on Fri-Sat-Sun, as I don't have installs on those days. I'm a Network Tech for a National Retailer. Unfortunatly I often spend more time driving around, looking for a decent place to hunt, but I have managed to find a few keepers this past month. I bought a new Etrac about ten days ago, and have found five Silvers with it, as well as fifteen wheats and a interesting George Washington Token. The Explorer II has been relegated to backup status. The Token appears to be Red Bronze, and apparantly was minted at the Philly Mint between 1860-1865. Found in a Park outside of Philly this past Friday...........Totals for the Month are 22 Silvers, 3 Indians, and 79 Wheats. Best find is actually the Gold Bridge I found (out of someones mouth), it weighs 6.5 grams. Best coins are probably the nice 1938-S Quarter, and nice 1865 Indian. I found one Eagle Collar Button, post 1902, and one Smashed Three Ringer, and one Roundball............This next week I'm in NYC
and then New Hampshire and Maine the following week
.......Thanks for looking, Happy Hunting All!!
