Hi all;
Got in a short hunt today and at first found only modern garbage. Then went to my favorite woods and got a 60 signal on the XP Deus in the Deus Fast mode.
Dug up this interesting badge.Has 3 letters inside a linked 3 ring arrangement with the letters F. L. T. Inside the rings. I can't tell what kind of metals and it has no markings on the back.Was under tree roots about 6" down - very wet,swampy conditions.
Googled it and found it's from the Odd Fellows Fraternal organization. They are a charitable organization started in the 1800s.The F stands for Friendship- the L for Love and T stands for Truth.
Not and old coin,but something rare and unusual-made my day!
