What language and meaning significance does this pendant represent? Seems to be stainless even though it has some stains. Magnet doesn't stick to it at all.

It's a modern 'white magic'/astrological talisman for the planet Jupiter (with Sagittarius the archer depicted as a centaur to the top left of the star). They're made for all of the astrological birth signs/planets, with appropriate iconography. Your also has the 'magic square' for Jupiter on the other side, copied from Athanasius Kircher's book on Egyptology, 'Oedipus Aegyptiacus' published in three volumes between 1652-1654

The numerical grid is focused on paired numbers equaling 17. The coordinate numbers are in juxtaposition to each other: 1 & 16, 4 & 13, 12 & 5, 8 & 9, 7 & 10, 6 & 11, 15 & 2, 14 & 3.
They are often used for numerology applications and can be used as a system of encoding messages in certain circumstances.
Interesting find, but too occult for me.
I don’t deal with ouija boards or other occult “magic”. Very interesting piece though. Thanks for sharing.

In this case, it’s not really for coding. It’s the magic square (“Kamea”) for Jupiter.

In occultism, the ten attributes or emanations through which the divine (“the Infinite”, or “Ein Sof”) reveals itself and continuously creates the universe are known as “sephirah” (plural “sephirot.”) They’re often depicted as a tree-like structure called the Kabbalistic "Tree of Life". Essentially, they represent different aspects of God's interaction with creation.

Jupiter is specifically associated with the fourth Sephira, “Chesed”, often translated as "mercy", “kindness”, or “love”, reflecting the planet's traditional symbolism of benevolence and generosity as well as authority and therefore assigned the number ‘4’.

Mathematically, Jupiter’s magic square is defined by the square of its Sephira number, so 16 squares. The sum total of the numbers in the 16 squares is then defined by the “triangle number” derived from 4 squared plus 4 to the power 4, divided by 2 (ie (16+256)/2 = 136). The total for any row - vertically, horizontally, or diagonally - is then stipulated as 136/4 ie 34.

Very interesting. I am only suggesting that any numerological manipulation can be used as a source of encoding. I agree, encoding wasn’t the intended purpose of the grid.
