It's a nice specimen of slag, IMHO.

I think slag is a good bet...
 

Would slag have magnetic rock hooked to it
 

Most of the metallic part is like square granular that will flake.some reflect gold like color
 

Here is a close up,don't think it's slag.

If you are thinking there is not a slag so cut it and show surface of cross section. We will see
 

After doing a streak test,it seemed to be hematite and magnatite. Rock part made redistribution brown streak while metallic part streaked dark gray.but magnetic properties are opposite for those minerals
 

Your rock probably is a mixture of porphyry and magnetite
 

The metallic part has no rock mixed in it at all,just a chunk of rock attached to one part of the outside

Ok, those pictures are better. I think that someone wanted to melt rocks or it's some volcanic rock.
